Who we are: Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) ASU Chapter is a diverse group of students, faculty, staff and community members at Arizona State University, organized on democratic principles to promote justice, human rights, liberation and self-determination for the Palestinian people. As a university chapter of SJP, we are dedicated to educating students and community members of the abuses currently occurring in Palestine, as well as the injustices of the past.
Our Vision: Change the mind of one, transform the ideology of hundreds, shift the public opinion of thousands, revolutionize national foreign policy in regards to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict to create peace and justice.
Meetings: We have weekly meetings Friday at 3:30 PM. We also have meetings every first and third Thursday of the month at 6pm for those who cannot attend Friday. (Check our Twitter to confirm Thursday meeting dates) We are located at the Tempe ASU Campus, in the Memorial Union [MU], room MU80, also known as the Mecha room. Everyone is more than welcome to attend to learn more about us and/or to become part of our organization.
